Blues Dancing in San Francisco:
We believe that it is important to learn about the history and context of blues dancing, including its African American heritage, as well as developing technique to be a great dancer. We would like to invite the blues dance community in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond to commit to becoming a greater dance community through education and practice, and that is why we created BluesQuake: three days of workshops, live music, competitions, and dances.
